Sunny has done over $350,000,000 in sell through since 2009, they achieved this by developing well promoted commercial real estate in South Florida such as the Eden House (100 Doors) in Miami Beach and The Harbour (423 Doors) in North Miami Beach.
Recently, Sunny has started developments in Europe because they believe countries such as Portugal and Spain represent high growth opportunities. Due to this, Sunny Real Estate opened up a new Madrid office to support their geographical shift.
Sunny’s most recent developments in Europe include 2 Six Senses hotels that are underdevelopment now, one of which is set to be finished in 2024.
