Sunny purchased ( 50% 2009 ) a Defaulted First Mortgage of a 100 unit Condo, that was in a Legal Dispute. Sunny intervened and was able to extinguish all legal claims and complete the 100 unit Condo located in Miami Beach Florida. Sold all units in 4 months for a handsome profit.

Sunny purchased ( 80% 2015 ) 4 acres in a poorly developed area of South Florida, with ocean views and ignored by the local market To complete the vision for a major residential development, negotiated a $125m construction loan with Bank of the Ozarks, hired the largest builder in Florida, and successfully sold all 423 units before completion.

Biltmore Way Office Building, Coral Gables, FL

50,000 Sq Ft Office Building mostly occupied by Medical Doctors, Sunny purchased (85% 2012) significantly below replacement cost, the building was sold, in October 2019, for almost twice the paid price.

SOMI Center, South Miami, FL

Sunny purchased ( 85 % 2013 ) a first mortgage from a bank involved in a legal dispute derived from the Financial Crisis, the half built building was an eyesore. Sunny had the vision to see value where nobody else did. Sunny negotiated with the former owner/developer and was able to find an amicable path between all the parties in the legal dispute.

Sunny then proceeded to complete the 50,000 sqft building with 200 parking spaces. A unique Modern design it has revitalized an important portion of the South Florida landscape. In October 2019 a REIT purchased the property.
